| Cancellation Policy |
| No refunds will be granted after June 18, 2012. There will be a $25 processing fee per person for cancellations prior to June 18, 2012. Substitutions may be made at any time. The difference between the member and non-member price will apply if a non-member replaces a member. All refunds must be submitted in writing to the MSAE office info@msae.org. Payment is appreciated at time of registration. A $25 service fee will be added to any balance due after July 2, 2012. |
